Do you know, I was confused how to make an invitation. But after I learn it, now I can create invitations that match with the concept.

Invitation tells about how to invite or ask someone to come along or join a particular program or activity.

How to invite someone :

• I would like you to .....
• We would like you to .....
• We would be pleased if you could .....
• Would you please attend my party tonight?
• Would you pleased attend my birthday tonight?
• Would you like to ….. ?
• Shall we …..?
• How about …..?
• If you don’t mind, please come to my house tomorrow.
• Let’s have to diner together with me tonight.
• Would you mind coming to my birthday party?

Refuse/declining invitation :

• That’s a good idea!
• I would love to, but …..
• Sorry, that wouldn’t be possible.  Thanks anyway.
• That’s very kind of you, but …..
• I’m afraid I can’t …..
• Sorry, I can’t for now. Because I’m bussy.

a. Informal Invitation

            Informal invitation is personal invitation given to a friend, family, etc. Informal can be written invitation and verbal invitation.

Example :

Ody      : Puput, would you come to my party yesterday?

Puput   : That would be great. What time is the party?

Ody      : You can come at 7p.m.

Puput   : Okay, thanks for inviting me.

b. Formal Invitation

            Formal invitation is usually orginate from institute, companies, and a kind of it. Normally formal invitation is written invitation.
